Menus

Below you will find our sample menus for your stay. Use this as a guide and feel free to suggest any changes. It highlights traditional and new Yucatan meals. Most of these can accommodate any dietary requirements you might have and if not we have substitutions. Local fresh ingredients are used, so there might be seasonal substitutions depending upon the time of year. We will work with you to curate your meals.

Day 1 - Arrival

DINNER

TIMBAL DE BERENJENAS - Eggplant timbale, with mozzarella, and red bell pepper sauce

CAMARONES MEZCALILLO - Shrimps sautéed with butter, garlic, and Chile Guajillo then flambeed with mezcal

ARROZ - Rice

BREAKFAST

Every morning you will be served fruit, granola and yogurt. Toast with butter and jam. There will be a daily selection of eggs; Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, Scrambled eggs omelettes, fried eggs or pancakes.

SOPA DE TORTILLA - Tortilla soup

FAJITAS DE POLLO Y RES - Arrachera steak and chicken, with grilled vegetables, guacamole, refried beans, hand made tortillas and salsas

SOPA DE ELOTE - Corn soup

FILETE DE PESCADO A LA TALLA - Grilled fish with Chile sauce accompanied with rice
